Congratulations to the chair of the organising committee Dr. PETRA AMIZIC JELOVCIC and Dr. Adriana Vincenca Padovan co-organiser for yet another hugely successful Conference in Split with the theme, ‘Modern Challenges of marine navigation’.
President of the CMI, Ann Fenech, accepted with great pleasure the invitation to attend and speak on the Influence of Geo-Political Challenges to the maritime space.
The conference was a perfect opportunity to learn and to share views on issues ranging from Decarbonisation to Limitation of Liability, from Pollution to Ports, from Autonomous vessels to the maritime labour market, from International Conventions to Marine Insurance, from Refugees to Collisions.
This Conference was organised by the Faculty of Law at the University of Split and the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts (HAZU) in Zagreb and supported by many including the Croatian Maritime Law Association. The Croatian Maritime Law Association is one of the most active maritime law associations in the CMI – ComitΓ© Maritime International.
