Conferring of Award at the Malta Maritime Summit

The Malta Maritime Summit took place between the 7th and the 11th October 2024.

During the summit, Ann Fenech, President of the Comité Maritime International (CMI), was honoured with the prestigious Newsmaker of the Year Award. She graciously accepted the award on her own behalf and on behalf of the CMI.

Further on throughout the week Ann Fenech delivered a thought-provoking presentation on the Convention on the International Effects of Judicial Sales of Ships. She highlighted the importance of encouraging further ratifications to strengthen its global implementation and impact.
