IMO IMLI – 36th Graduation Ceremony

Ann Fenech, in her capacity as President of the CMI, had the honour of attending the 36th Graduation Ceremony of the IMO International Maritime Law Institute (IMLI) in Malta last Saturday.

Since 1992, CMI’s President has had the privilege of lecturing annually at IMLI. Over the past three years, the President has also had the added honour of presenting the CMI Prize for the Best Overall Performance, generously sponsored by the CMI Charitable Trust. The prize includes an all-expenses-paid trip and registration to the next CMI event – the CMI Colloquium in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 2026.

This year’s prize was awarded to Lieutenant Commander Pietro Vicedomini of Italy, in recognition of his outstanding academic achievement, which the CMI President had the pleasure of presenting.
